I first started dealing with Asian Imports when I had my Honda, I was impressed. Their service is excellent. I no longer have the Honda, but I continue my dealing with my Volvo and I am still very happy. So I recommend them, if you need a business you can trust. I deal with the Charleston location. The employees are great.

As usual, the staff at Asian Imports reminded me there are a few businesses in this town that I can still trust. They don't mind discussing anything that might be wrong with my car, it's easy to understand them and they consider the realistic solutions that may be the best balance for my typical needs and what might be financially possible. My car is old and less common, so it's always going to be expensive to maintain. It's my silly choice to keep it, but they know I like the car and always pamper the thing. The even straighten out little things that weren't part of why I brought it in, for example the left power side view mirror has weak positioning and/or stability from car washes or past owners abusing it (?), so it doesn't want to work much anymore and gets off-track. Well somehow they positioned it so it works again, at least through most of the range. The staff never talks down to me, never tries to sell me crazy extra things I don't need. They just make the car safe to use again and again, the way it used to be. I have plenty of other "fixes" needed on the old car, so when I have the money I'll be back to this same reliable business. I've stayed with them longer than any other group in Vegas.

Very professional and good quality work

Always difficult when you have to move from dealer maintenance to an independent mechanic. This place is as good as the reviews say. Truly a mom and pop type shop. Very upfront about pricing and what they are doing. Gave me a complete rundown on my VW as to how she was doing and recommended what needed to be done versus the entire thirty point repair package the dealership wanted to do (at about a grand under what that would have cost). Just get a good feeling about this place and the people. I feel if something is ever wrong they'd be upfront and honest about what needed to be fixed.

Had my regular oil change. Kathy and Jim and everyone that works there is very friendly, professional, and wonderful.

Treated me -- and my car -- with the best of care since I first found Asian Imports almost 15 years ago. First class place -- and staff.
