I've been coming here for over 5 years. Have had several cars through this shop, worked with Erwin and now Wes as service advisors, and have been satisfied with their work each time. Thankfully each time the problem and work to fix it have been straightforward. Their diagnosis and recommendations come through digitally and now they send pictures to better detail the problem and I think this is a nice touch. I've had lots of different work done here and all repairs have held up. Catalytic converters, transfer case seals, air conditioner compressors, window motors, and just regular service and inspections. If you're looking for a place to quickly and cheaply install a part and send you on your way, this isn't the shop for you.

First time visiting, didn’t know what was wrong with my car, diagnosis was a loose hose, easy cheap fix. They could have lied and said something else to cost $1500but they were honest. It took a little longer than I’d liked but it was worth it!! Thank you Jim you are now officially my mechanic!

My family's go to shop for automotive issues is Asian Imports Plus. I replaced the break lamp to my ML 350 Mercedes as the service indicator prompts, but to no avail. Manager Wes Russell assured me his technician will find the cause and repair - he did! Thanks for your excellent customer service, Wes!

Went in with engine troubles saved me $8000 by telling me that my engine was under a recall warranty from KIA. You will not find a more honest mechanic anywhere!

The best! We've been coming here exclusively for years now and have never been less than thrilled with the professional and compassionate service Sean, Nick and the team have provided us. On our 2006 Subaru, the team has done oil changes, an A/C recharge, replaced bearings and repaired routine wear and tear. We get the best prices here with discounts and are grateful to have someone to call whenever we have car questions.

These guys are the best!!! We have used their services multiple times, including, sensor replacement, alternator replacement, and blower fan replacement and they have always been accomodating and fair on price. Very honest; Jim is fantastic and always willing to help. I will always take my cars here and give them business.

I highly recommend Asian Imports and continue to send referrals. I just told a friend of mine and he’ll go there from now on because customer service and the technicians does a great job not yo mention the senior, AAA AND MILITARY DISCOUNTS. Just one disappointment at this service appointment. They tore my trunk apart looking for the tire lock and left everything a mess with my walker in a position that made it harder for me to get out. I left the lock on my dash board driver side so when the tech drives the car they would see it. ITS HARD TO MISS. They laughed after they called me asking where it is. No consideration in informing me of the mess they left. Upon arrival at the diaylsis Ctr. @ 3AM the next day, I was not happy. Brakes that was installed by them was faulty, needed new brakes.
