Super helpful! I took my truck in because I thought I had an exhaust leak. They ended up doing a full inspection and found that it was actually just my heat shield that had come loose and was flapping around. They fixed it for me, and when I asked how much I owed, they said nothing since it was such a simple fix. Really appreciate the honesty and great service. Love this place and will definitely be back!

First came here to fix a lug nut issue and was pleased with the professionalism and service. What really got my attention was when I came back about 3 months later to pick up my car after a brake flush. I was standing in line waiting to pay when I overheard the front office clerk saying that they use Idemitsu power steering fluid on all Toyota and Lexus vehicles which is the OEM fluid. This is 100% correct. I never felt so much trust with a shop before!

I had an appointment scheduled at Henderson location. When I arrived my SUV was immediately taken in and the work was completed in a quick, professional manner. The staff is fantastic at this site and I highly recommend anyone to use this repair facility.

I've had a bit of a journey with my 2007 GX470. Several other shops had repaired different items but nobody could properly diagnose and eliminate the dash lights from being on and the shifting being wonky. I called these folks and set up an appointment to drop the car off. The first sign of a great shop is great communication, and their communication was fantastic. I got regular text messages updating me on where they were with troubleshooting, estimates for repairs, and then the status. They promptly identified the issues, gave me descriptive and fair estimates for repairs, and the option to easily approve/deny them. Once approved, repairs were executed promptly and I was given regular updates when they'd be done, and they hit those days times. Lastly and perhaps most importantly, the repairs appear effective.
