I needed an out-of-state pre-purchase inspection on a used car and didn't know where to go. So, I looked on Google and saw Asian Imports had a great rating. Therefore, I called and talked to Wes (Service Manager). He is unbelievable! Every time I called or texted him, he responded immediately and answered my questions. He never rushed me and was always super professional and kind. I had the inspection done and was texted a full report and pictures of the car. Doing this remotely from Illinois was worrisome, but Wes made it simple, thorough, and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place & Wes!

I had a loud rattle suddenly on my fromt driver side. About 5 months ago I had two front struts replaced. Asian import checked it out and a mounting bolt had loosened up creating the rattle. However during the inspection the front Boots were leaking and eventually would cause me serious problems. I opted to have them replaced. My Mazda now drives like a little car which is great. Plus I know have regained confidence in my repaired ride. This is the second time that I had a repaired done that was under warranty and fixed with no hastle. However during that repair there was note of future problem. My confidence in my car had been waining however after the boots were replaced my confidence in my car has been restored. Thx Asian imports for having my back.

I had a great experience at the Asian Imports Auto Henderson location. From the moment I called them to ask for a free inspection to when I walked in the customer service was excellent. Nick and Tyler were both extremely helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were able to finish the job the same day. I also really appreciate the peace of mind that comes from knowing this is an AAA Approved Auto Repair shop, because you can tell they take pride in their work and stand behind their quality. One of the best parts was the nationwide warranty (24 months / 24,000 miles in parts and labor), which is amazing and shows they truly guarantee their work. On top of that, I was grateful to receive a 10% AAA discount as a member, which was a great bonus. Overall, Im very happy with their service, and Ill definitely be coming back and recommending them to my family and friends.
