This was my first time bringing a car to Asian Imports. I first brought in my wife's car, a 2017 Lexus RX 350, due to the air conditioning blowing hot air, The problem was fixed the same day due to a bad a/c condensor. Happy with the service, I brought in my Cadillac SRX a few days later. The car was ready the same day after replacing the fuel pump, replacing the water pump and repairing the a/c compressor. I brought the Cadillac back in two weeks later after experiencing a strong gas smell. They immediately checked the car out and reported no concerns regarding the gas smell which no longer existed but found a leaking coolant hose which they repaired right away at no charge. Your points of contact at this shop, Tyler and Nick, are great to work with, very knowledgeable and work with you on trying to get the service done in a timely manner. Their prices are reasonable. I will definitely conduct business here again.

Did not get any work complete just yet, but called to see if I can get an urgent diagnosis and they were so quick and helpful! They did a free diagnosis with detailed information about all issues on the car with pictures of proof. That is unheard of at auto shops or dealerships! So quick and efficient. Looking forward to bringing my car to this location from now on!
