After having two terrible experiences with the dealership, I made an appt with the Henderson location. Wow. Very glad I did. Have no other transportation so I waited for the basic service. They were fast and thorough. Everyone was friendly and did not try to sell me anything that was not necessary. Highly recommend them.

I have been bringing my Lexus here for scheduled service this past year. Wes (the service manager) and whole team at Asian Imports Plus are professional, nice, honest and thorough. Their pricing is fair and they are very reliable. They even have a rewards program so you get award certificates for every dollar spent to use towards your next car service or repair. Communication is super easy. I contacted Asian Imports Plus through text last week to see if I can bring in my car for a weird noise every time I accelerated or stop. My husband and I weren't sure if it was from getting my car getting repaired a few weeks prior from this shop. They were very accommodating and told me to bring in my car last Friday. It turned out to be that my brake pad was worn down to a certain limit and needed a few hours to repair. Then I got a call that one of the bolts broke during the repair and needed to be replaced as well. Because it was a Friday (and they're closed on the weekends), it had to be done on Monday. They explained to me they wanted to make sure everything was completed right and safe for me and my family. As promised, my car was ready Monday for pick up. My car runs smoothly with no issues now. Every car repair shop should be as honest and ethical as this place. Forget seeing the dealer for any of your car needs and get it serviced by this high quality and hard-working shop. I highly recommend!!

HONEST-FAIR-EFFICIENT-FRIENDLY Dropped my truck off after it had sat in desert for a year. Very pleasant process in getting qoutes and then moving forward. When it appeared truck needed a few other items due to its time in the desert my questions were answered thoroughly. Me and Littlefoot are very grateful Thanks Nick and staff 👍🏼

Fast professional fair prices

The place is efficient and professional. I felt comfortable. The manager, Jim is very professional to work with. They don’t ask you to do the work not necessary as some others make you to do.

I had a pre inspection done on a Prius. They did a great job and gave me a detailed report on what was needed to repair on the car. They are very professional and friendly and I will definitely go to them again.

To say that they went above and beyond for me would be the understatement of the century! They spent hours trying to figure out the issues with my 2013 Toyota Camry SE and they only charged me one flat diagnostic fee. They even went so far as to fill my tank for just the price of the gas so that they could test drive it even more! These guys are great and I wouldn't recommend anyone else for Asian cars. They reset my Camry so that the most prominent issues have subsided by now and the rest I can chalk down to it being high mileage or perhaps some carbon build up under the throttle body, but at least I feel safe in my vehicle again. Also, they sent text messages a couple weeks-a month later to check how my car is doing. That is a first for me and I'm extremely impressed with their care, concern, and thoughtfulness. Thank you!
