These guys are the best!!! We have used their services multiple times, including, sensor replacement, alternator replacement, and blower fan replacement and they have always been accomodating and fair on price. Very honest; Jim is fantastic and always willing to help. I will always take my cars here and give them business.

I highly recommend Asian Imports and continue to send referrals. I just told a friend of mine and he’ll go there from now on because customer service and the technicians does a great job not yo mention the senior, AAA AND MILITARY DISCOUNTS. Just one disappointment at this service appointment. They tore my trunk apart looking for the tire lock and left everything a mess with my walker in a position that made it harder for me to get out. I left the lock on my dash board driver side so when the tech drives the car they would see it. ITS HARD TO MISS. They laughed after they called me asking where it is. No consideration in informing me of the mess they left. Upon arrival at the diaylsis Ctr. @ 3AM the next day, I was not happy. Brakes that was installed by them was faulty, needed new brakes.

Some reason 5 star would not light up. Service writer Nick is always professional and thorough. I love the text messages with pictures of problems. The estimate is easy to navigate and approve. These guys are my first call.

Every time I bring my truck in it drives better, starts up better, steers better and picks up speed better! Thanks you guys for getting back in shape once again. After sending me the diagnostic information, I really appreciate Nick taking the time to explain what my truck needed immediately and what could wait (not too long) for future repairs. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this particular shop.

They took my car in for a 2nd opinion and they went above and beyond on the free inspection! I really appreciate a great shop taking a look at my car and throughly inspecting it and not only that but being really honest about it while showing pics as proof. They had fair prices and if i ever need them I'll come back.

Starting with the front office - kudos to Nick; he patiently dealt with my extended warranty vendor (incl 30min wait/on hold) and also well explained the needed repairs. In the garage, the mechanic did great work and also showed and explained the repaired engine part. Great professional service overall and I highly recommend.

Jim gives me future estimate of necessary repaired in order needed with, when asked, hours needed to do said repairs. I can then plan ahead to coordinate rides. Never had to bring car back after a repair, always done right first time. All employees pleasant to deal with.
