We had my son’s Toyota Celica GTS towed there and they have been so kind and diligent with communication and information. I spoke with Nick most of the time and he didn’t mind all the questions and phone calls I had to make to him. I also spoke with Ben and one of the mechanics and they were nothing but kind and helpful too. They helped us get to the bottom of where an oil leak was which had been very frustrating. We appreciate them! We will definitely trust them to work on our other cars. I would definitely recommend them!!

My experience with Asian Imports has been so great! They have been so time efficient with the repairs on my vehicle which I really appreciate, given that I travel around the city for work. The work on my repairs have been great and trustworthy. After taking my vehicle to the dealership for an inspection, they reported a leak that was previously just repaired by Asian Imports, so I knew their inspection was incorrect. After taking a look at it, Asian Imports found a different leak instead, confirming that the dealership misdiagnosed the problem. This shows me how thorough Asian Imports is with their work, so that’s a plus. Their customer service is very professional. Wes has done a great job with explaining the inspection reports to me on my vehicle and has also physically showed me on the car to give me a better understanding. He has also communicated very well with me throughout the whole process. Thank you, Wes. I will continue to come back to Asian Imports for car maintenance/repairs.
