Tried to mark 5 stars, but website would not let it happen. Even though issues with the website, none with the shop. Friendly, informative, quick, priced right and everything you would want from an auto repair shop. Even cool race seats to sit in while waiting.

Weve used them for all the cars. They communicate quickly, the work is excellent and comes with video and photo assessment. They never try to upsell and Erwin is amazingly honest making sure all the pricing is fair and all discounts are applied.

Fair price and work time, friendly staff. took care of my Lexus gs350 wit my no issues

It's never enjoyable to have unplanned work needed on your vehicle but Asian Imports makes it as pleasant as possible. Great customer service, workmanship and communication. I got multiple quotes and they were on par with most shops and much cheaper than the dealership. I'd highly recommend Asian Imports Auto.

The headlight bulb was replaced i a timely manner. The price was adjusted because the task didn't Require the time estimated. Appreciate. The c honesty! Good shop!

First time at Asian Imports. Very positive experience. I brought in a 20+ year old Honda pilot which needs a lot of attention. They repair the noise from the power steering pump, but also let me know additional issues I had. They did not pressure me with any additional repairs. The whole thing is electronic and you can accept or decline any or all suggestions. I did go in and talk to the Jim to discuss which repairs should I do now or which ones can hold off. I feel comfortable going back to Asian Imports.
