As always over the past 20+ years, service was fast and on time as scheduled by appointment - Jim runs a good shop

I had a great experience at Asian Imports. They’re very professional and reliable, with fair prices. They were ready to work in my car as soon as I brought it in, and when Jim heard that I would be staying to wait for the car, he expedited the service so thst I didn’t wait very long. I was sent text messages to update me periodically.

Amazing customer service. Jim went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved and very quickly as well. 100% Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and honest mechanic/repair shop.

Thanks once again for taking care of my Highlander. I always feel like you guys take care of what needs to be done without constantly trying to up sale unnecessary work. Sean is THE Man.

They were able to give me a basic estimate over the phone before I brought the car in which they were able to get in the next day. The electronic approval process for additional work needed made it quick and easy. All work was done in the same day. Customer service, timing and pricing were all much better than the dealership. I will definitely be going back. Thank you!!!
