my husband recently went here for work that needed to be done on his car. he had been going to hyndai but he was getting so many charges but nothing would be fixed they'd keep his car for long periods of time. we finally did research found Asian imports and they were AMAZING!! fixed my husband car, charged him way less than what hyndai was asking!! we also found out that hyndai was charging him for things he didn't even need done to his car. MY HUSBAND GOT HIS CAR BACK THE VERY NEXT DAY!!... my husband was sooo relieved and happy. HE SAID ASIAN IMPORTS WILL BE HIS GO TO!! THANK YOU AGAIN! SHOUT OUT TO NICK FOR BEING SO HELPFUL AND STRAIGHT FORWARD.

I had a driver side window that was stuck in the up position. The motor had been replaced in the past. It was discovered that the replaced motor was still under warranty. There was no charge for the repair of driver side window. There was no argument what so ever. Asian motors did the right thing. While my car was in there they did a general inspection of my car. They made note of a shock leaking and the need to replace a front strut. I found it interesting that I had not made mentioned anything of the chattering sound coming from my front suspension. Or any request by me for them to look at. They gave me quotes to repair when I could. There was no arm twisting to do this work they were giving me knowledge and status of my car and recommendations. Again no pressure just knowledge of the health of my car that I need to be aware. I had not passed on any clue of the suspension to the mechanics. This tells me they are being honest of my cars status. They only gave me a cost and time for me to decide to act on in the near future. I definitely felt in control of my cars needs and not feeling of being gamed. That’s why I will always bring my cars to Asian motors.

Again and again I am thoroughly impressed and grateful for Jim and the crew at Asian Imports! Nothing but love for them and how kind, patient, and clear they are about things my cars need. I have NEVER felt upsold in any manner and feel they take my needs / situations seriously. In this day and age it is so refreshing to find a business that does not feel predatory or uncaring. Bravo!

I am very satisfied with Asian Import Plus. I brought in my car for an AC issue that had been worked on by two different shops in the Las Vegas area but the issue would return. (This was within the last year.) The AC is now working great. I also had them take care of a couple of other items identified during the inspection and am certain that they were actually performed this time. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be using them again if the need arises.
