I was looking for a Lexus dealership alternative to do my oil change. Lexus has been charging too high just for a simple oil change. Did some searching in Google and found Asian Imports near my house in the Southwest area. The shop was easy to find and is away from major traffic areas. First thing I noticed with the shop is that it is very clean. The smell from the garage is nonexistent inside the visitors area. Unlike most shops I have visited. Erwin Balancio was in the front desk and was very accommodating and friendly. He explained what they will do to my car and how long it would take. I waited 30 to 45 minutes for the oil change to be done. After, Erwin told me that my car was running well and when and what my next service will be. No fuss, no hassles, no unnecessary service being sold. I highly recommend Asian Imports. This is my new go to car place now. So long Lexus!
