We came in for an oil change/service and a brake and schock check. When that was completed we were told the notes from our previous visit indicated that our 90,000 mile check was due. We could have it done right then and the already do e work would be included in the charge. Or we could come back another day and what we already had done would be a separate charge. When asked how long it would take we were told about 2 hours. Since we live 20 miles away, we decided to wait. Four and a half hour s later we were finally able to leave. The mechanic fessed up when he finished with the car. The spark plugs they had in stock were the wrong ones and someone had to go get the right ones. Am not sure why in the interim the tires weren't rotated because after all else was done at 5:30 we had to wait for that to be completed. We probably could have gotten out of there a half hour earlier. They do a great job and are a friendly crew but I would consider timing of my visit better next time.

Have a 2009 Honda civic! My son has a 1999 Honda crv. We will only use Asian imports to service our vehicles because they re honest! Been with them since they opened! Excellent customer service.

Ok first off let me start by telling everyone I know getting your car repaired or serviced is typically never something we look forward to. Added to that is the fact we have all had a bad experience somewhere. Well rest assured as someone who has been looking after his cars closely for 20 years you will not find any better then these guys! This is a locally owned and operated shop by an owner who cares more about taking care of his clients then anything else. His staff is trained exactly the same way. I read reviews about people being upset that they came in for their generous low price oil change to then complain that the shop pointed out areas of their cars that needed attention!! Hello everyone thats what honest shops do!! If your taking any car in for a service with 35,000 miles to 300,000 miles for just an oil change and the shop doesn't tell you your in need of anything their not checking, or not educated with scheduled maintenance trust me. These guys go over you vehicle with a fine brush even if it's just an oil change. And no they are not trying to up sell you things you don't need. They are keeping you safe and your vehicle maintained. That's a dying breed these days. Trust me when I tell you I typically never write a review this long but as a Vegas local I want everyone here to know to try these guys out no matter what you drive. You get better then dealer service and OEM parts at a fraction of the price of the dealer. My BMW's & Jeep come here and they get them handled right away no matter how busy they are! Customer is #1 here. That's a fact. Check them out and you'll see the difference!
