The meeting with you went very well - all I need is some input on what might be coming. I do however want Geno ONLY to work on the car since Tommy is not there. I hope you found out about the pricing your guy did. I know you can't trust may people, but it would help if you had a payment plan for those of us that don't have credit cards. I am happy with the service provided. I don't care for your new coupon idea. Should't need repairs or oil change sooner than 3 months. Seems like I was getting a coupon with expiration dates about a month or two after I had my car services. Thus, by the time I needed service again, my coupon had expired. Liked the old way with longer expiration dates.

Thanks for the feedback. We try to provide promotions to clients who can use them. Some clients can not have additional services performed on the day of service and will often come back within a few weeks. These promotions are meant for those individuals. Rest assured, you will still receive promotions on the longer intervals as well. We have multiple campaigns simultaneously. Thanks for all your business over the years!.
