When I make an appt I never have to wait to have my car serviced usually I wait only 20-25 minutes for an oil change.

I love Asian Imports; however, I do not like the loyalty program, coupons, and all that. I would like for you to offer the lowest fair price you can, and I don't want to have to worry so much if I am getting all the discounts that I can be getting. It's stressful enough to have to deal with car repairs, and they are always more than I think they are going to be. Then, on top of that, I have to worry if I remembered my coupons, and wonder if I will be able to use my loyalty certificate along with the coupon (provided I remembered it). Please don't make me have to work so hard to be your customer!

I brought a 2000 Honda S2000 in just to get it past smog. Then it occurred to me that it had not really been serviced other than oil/fluids in 13 years. they came up with the usual suspects of dry rot hoses and such to the tune of $1300. Not bad over 13 years I reckon. Car passed smog BUT THEN, THE VERY NEXT DAY, engine light comes on again. Now MY temperature light is boiling. But they fix everything at no charge (as they should) in a very timely fashion. and all good. I will be back Keith, I hope Jim is doing better.
