I felt like there were no surprises because they disclosed the service costs upfront when I dropped my vehicle off. Don’t let the business name fool you–they service many types of vehicles, including BMW.

This business (Asian Imports Auto) is a shining example of a good, honest business. They explain exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. They give you options on what is immediately necessary in there opinion to keep your vehicle running safe and well and advise you what future interventions will follow that pattern. Something else I noticed while at the business is that the members are a well oiled machined and work well together. Also, the public waiting area and restrooms were very clean. The face of the business, (Sean) is kind, welcoming and keeps you informed on the progress of your vehicle. Thank you all for my experience.

Brought by a 2018 accord sport. Had an ac condensor replaced due to a rock puncture, and a system evac and charge with 1234yf. Total cost under $1500. 2 yr warranty on parts and labor. Dealer quoted over 50% more. These folks are fair, friendly and patient. They didn't try any upsells and were upfront and candid about the diagnosis and price. Sean at the front desk is knowledgeable and courteous. They have a certified honda tech in the shop.Couldn't ask for a better experience. I will DEFINITELY be back for future service. Best repair shop I've experienced so far in LV!

Asian Imports Auto saved my day. I had work done at a local Toyota dealer on my radiator hoses and they replaced the coolant with a different coolant mixing two different coolants unknown to me. I took my truck to Asian Imports Auto where they flushed out this orange coolant and replaced it with the correct asian type in a timely manner to get me back on the road without any damage to my engine. I appreciate Dean and the mechanic getting it done,I will return to Asian Imports Auto for all my auto needs.

I have been here to see Jim and his crew on 3 or 4 occasions now. And every time I leave with my truck, ( or my wife’s car ), I know that I don’t have to worry about the health of my vehicles. These guys are professional, courteous, and finish the job on schedule. I will continue to use them for all of my future vehicle needs……

Jim in the Summerlin office is awesome. He takes the time to explain what work needs to be done and why. I had my valve cover gasket replaced, new spark plugs and an oil change. The work was done faster than estimated and I felt the price was in range with other shops. I appreciated their honest assessment of my Honda CR-V’s valve adjustment, and was happy I only needed the valve cover gasket.
