** New Customer Review ** My family and I are absolutely blown away by the service provided by Sean and his team at Asian Imports. We have a 2018 Acura MDX and have always took in our MDX for services, checkup, repairs at the Acura dealership. But, after hitting 100k miles, we needed a checkup and the Acura dealership quoted us over THOUSANDS of dollars for timing belt, spark plug, and valve adjustments. We thought it was way overpriced and needed a second pair of eyes from a local auto shop, so we went straight to Google/Yelp to search for the best shops, then found Asian Imports. Asian Imports quoted us nearly half the cost and were much friendlier than the Acura dealership. All of the great customer reviews here on Google and Yelp are spot on. Sean and his team treat every customer (even new customers like me) with respect, honesty, and provides fast communication + service. Another positive experience — they have a system where customers will receive a text message of their inspection findings with detailed explantation on what needs to be repaired (pictures included). Then, we can sign off via text to start the inspection work, which was hassle free and super easy communication experience as a customer. If you're like me and looking at Google/Yelp reviews for the best local auto shop, give Asian Imports a try. You will not be disappointed.
