Took my car in for a complete inspection and every intent on spending the 4000+ dollars to get my car back into shape…was told all kinds of stuff that needed done which I fully expected, but one thing was off when I said my timing belt was due and they told me I DID NOT have a timing belt it was a timing chain! That’s great because that would have saved me 700-800 bucks on the repair overall…I brought the car home and a friends dad that came into town, who is also a mechanic of 40 years took one look and said it did NOT have a timing chain that it was in fact a timing belt! Which if I listened to this shop would have led to catastrophic damage had it broke, or almost a grand more than originally expected once they started replacing other stuff! The front desk guy was very helpful and everything but for a mechanics shop to tell me more than once it was a timing chain is just not acceptable!

I was having an issue with my car after the dealership had done some work on it (!!). The dealership couldn't get me in for over 2 weeks, and I couldn't drive the car in the meantime. Asian Imports was able to get me in immediately, they were professional and communicated clearly, and they fixed the problem easily. This was the easiest experience I've ever had with car maintenance.

I drive a 2003 Subaru with over 198,000 miles. It is because of Asian Imports that my car runs as good as it does. I recently had it in for blown head gasket and they babied my car and fixed her perfectly. Tom is my mechanic of choice but everybody that works there is amazing. I use the location at Charleston and Hualapai and have used the location at Jones and the 215 and they are both great. I have referred several other people to them as well and they have been just as happy.

Great place! Found them online because I had a problem with my car while in vacation in Las Vegas. I came there a day before New year's Eve and told them I have to leave Vegas on Sunday. Took care of everything on the next day! Did a great job. Also they were really honest! After finding the problem they lowered down the price since it was simple. Very recommended!!!

High quality auto repair business. I have had my automobiles service by Asian Imports for years and have found them to be professional, honest, competent, and trustworthy. They suggest recommended parts and services to improve vehicle performance but do not push unnecessary repairs. When questioned about whether a service or repair is necessary, they will provide an honest assessment of the urgency of the repair. I value their professional opinion, and in the years I have taken my cars to them I have never had to return any vehicle because of poor or questionable workmanship. Prices are quoted before repair work is performed, and the quotes have always been adhered to with no added surprise costs. Todays, visit was a case in point. I went in for a routine service, but they found a problem. They called me, explained the details of the find, quoted the repair costs and time completion estimate. We discussed whether the repair could be delayed. They explained the risks but did not force my decision for immediate repair. I accepted their recommendation, and all costs and schedules were met as quoted. Driving home I immediately noticed improved performance. From my experiences with Asian Imports for approximately 15 years, I highly recommend them.
