Another great experience! I go to the Henderson location and Sean, the crew and even the owner will pitch in to take care of you and your vehicle if need be. Even though my car is pretty old and beat up they have always been helpful and I’ve never felt embarrassed. I trust these guys and as a single gal they gave me piece of mind. My car has never run better and I expect to get another 100,000 miles out it.

Had to wait over 2 hrs for synthetic oil change with appt as oil needed to be ordered. Thus, minus one star. Otherwise, professional and excellent service.

Great experience. Carol from the front desk kept me informed at all times on the status of my vehicle. The price of the repair was great. Definitely will recommend my friends and family to go here!

GREAT PLACE, Cathy (front desk lady) was VERY friendly and understanding, felt like i was a family member. I only got a vehicle inspection, unfortunately the car wasnt worth the cost to repair. They completely understood and were gracious. Thank you Cathy and Mike ( i think thats his name) for being personable and having EXCELLENT customer service skills! If i need auto repair again, I WILL be taking it to ASIAN IMPORTS AUTO 👍GOD bless you and ALL your staff, Thanks Again!

I took my 2014 CRV to the Henderson location yesterday after my appointment with yourmechanic.com left me high and dry. They were able to fix my corroded battery terminals & helped me when I was left a mess after the other car repair company. I was in and out in an hour and am so appreciative that they took me as a walk in with everything that's going on in the world. Kathy at the front desk, I want to give a big thank you to her for making me feel comfortable & safe...as a young lady in her 20's walking into a car repair shop by myself is very intimidating & I'm always afraid they're going to try and shove all this "extra work" that needs to be done to my car in my face or try to pressure me like the Dealership does. They are very trustworthy & I can 100% say that after today I just became a life long customer & plan on brining my family here & recommending them whenever needed.
