Asian Imports has been servicing my vehicles for several years. In all this time I have never had an issue with them regarding service, schedules, quality, or pricing. They have always met their repair and service committed schedules. All service and price expectations are identified at vehicle drop off. They immediately contact if there are additional repair options and pricing after initial diagnosis. I have never had to return following a repair because the car didn't function properly. They suggest repairs that should be done but never pressure to do them. Anytime they strongly recommend a service or repair, I feel confident that it is most needed for vehicle safety. Bottom line I feel Asian Imports is a very reputable and honorable business that has been extremely easy to work with. Their facility is very clean, and the work of their mechanics is of the highest quality, They have always answered any repair questions that I have asked and have provided suggestions and options for maintaining my vehicles. Documentation is always provided for work performed and repair recommendations. Overall I unequivocally give them my strongest and most positive recommendation, and it has been a pleasure giving them my auto repair and servicing business.

Called for last minute same day service for Grandson's 20 year vehicle to get him from Las Vegas to Colorado due to rusted thermostat and hoses- Erwin not only did the work, he discounted the cost to be within the budget of my Grandson's military pay. I can't rave enough about the BEST customer and repair services. We as a family have been taking all our vehicles to Asian Imports SW for the past 10 years- ALWAYS ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE and cost!

Friendly and honest service with reasonable prices. Wi is MY go to guy but all the techs there are top notch. You'll be pleased with their work.

Still the best, I can count on this business to do things right or even re-work something they think could be done better. Though I may have to get work done during my travels elsewhere because I worry about my old vehicles surprising me (you can’t predict some problems on the old stuff), I still rather go to Asian imports every time if I could. A rare find in this city.

I have brought every car that I have had here in Vegas to Asian Imports. I have never had a bad experience here. They know what they are doing and in my opinion, a much better choice than going to a dealer.

I own 3 Honda's, and usually take my cars to the dealership. I decided to give Asian Imports a try because of their Yelp reviews. My son's 2007 Civic continues to have issues, and I had to have it towed to Asian Imports last week. I called in advance, spoke to Ben, to let him know it was arriving. He called when it arrived. He called with the repair costs and a breakdown on what was required versus recommended. Finally, Ben told me it would be ready in a few hours, the same day it arrived. As a customer, and female, I would recommend Asian Imports. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, and more importantly, I appreciated all of the communication.
