While visiting from Montana, I had a problem with my truck. After a bad experience at a different shop, I called Erwin at the Maule location and he told me to bring my truck right down and he would get it looked at. He and his techs are so smart, courteous and kind. They found what was causing the reocurring problem on my truck fairly quickly, fixed it, took it on a nice road test to make sure and explained everything to me in detail. I was so relieved knowing they had found the root cause of my issue and that I could now make my plans to get on the highway to drive home (appr. 1,000 miles) without a worry. Excellent job, thank you all.

Took my old Honda Civic in for a diagnostic evaluation, I was quite impressed on how detailed the evaluation was. Erwin was a great help throughout the process of making tough decisions on the future of the car. I will definitely recommend AI to anyone needing auto repairs.
