Las Vegas Auto Repair

Jim made the appointment for me and Kathy greeted me and explained very well what had been done when I picked up the car. She had taken my cell phone number to text me because I told her that I would be in a movie while my Prius was in the shop. She alerted me to the bubble on my tire and to let Big O know. The tires are from 2008 so they need to be replaced. New tires are on order at Big O.

I feel very fortunate to have gone to Asian Imports to repair my care, a very professional, very polite local business, they are a credit to Summerlin and the greater Las Vegas area, I would not hesitate to call on them again should I need their help or to highly recommend them to anyone needing their services, all in all they made a trying time into a rather enjoyable experience, that does not happen often, a great local business, great people, great service!!!, that pretty much says it all.

Two weeks ago my car was repaired and I felt comfortable as AAA had recommended them. Kathy was very helpful and my car was up and running in less time than estimated. As a single woman I appreciated the help from Kathy and the fact that they took me home, called me when the car was ready and picked me up. Super customer service. Yes, I would and have recommended them.

My battery died late Friday night and he met me at my car early Saturday morning (even though he was closed) and got me back on the road. They have taken car of mine and my husbands cars for years and we are always happy. It's great to have an auto repair shop where they are trustworthy, professional and get it right!! Asian Imports is THE place to take your vehicle when you need mechanical work done. Had a dead battery while working and was in and out in less than 30 minutes!

Kathy was very informative and professional when I called. The staff was amazing in diagnosing and completing the work needed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!!
