I've been taking my Acura and Maxima to Asian Imports for years. I can say with all honesty that their work is always top notch and they are extremely friendly. The don't necessarily have the lowest prices in town. But if you want work done right and on time, Asian Imports is the place to go.

Maybe it's just me. I have been coming to the summerlin location since they opened. I really like the owner and his workers who do excellent work. My only quibble is the way they tell you at the completion of your repairs is what else is wrong with your car, from a faulty light bulb to a possible start of a part going bad. This is a not-so-subtle way of upselling. I realize this location is in an affluent area where it's presumed that everyone has money. Well I don't. this upselling then puts me in the embarrassing position of explaining that I do not have the money to attend to all my car's needs and could you please just fix what I came in for. Sometimes this can be overwhelming and I do not want to have bad feelings towards anyone who works there. I will still use this location for all my car's needs and recommend this place to everyone.

I'm returning to this shop despite the fact that it's 20 miles from my house because it's rare, in my experience, to find such competency and honesty in one shop. I brought my car in because another shop owner told me I needed brakes, a battery and a water pump. I had a bad feeling about this and returned to Asian Imports Plus just to get another opinion. I told them I just wanted an oil change, nothing more. That they did. Before leaving I asked if there was anything that should be addressed soon. They told me everything was checked and fine. I love theses guys! Check them out.

This place is great! They know customer service and what makes you come back. Always a personal and warm welcome when you step inside the shop! They make the extra effort to help You in the best way that they can. Professionals! Update one year later: I am haunted by bad car carma! One problem after the other, over and over again. I could not have done it without Jericho at Asian Imports Plus.
