GREAT PLACE, Cathy (front desk lady) was VERY friendly and understanding, felt like i was a family member. I only got a vehicle inspection, unfortunately the car wasnt worth the cost to repair. They completely understood and were gracious. Thank you Cathy and Mike ( i think thats his name) for being personable and having EXCELLENT customer service skills! Asian Imports has been servicing my vehicles for several years. In all this time I have never had an issue with them regarding service, schedules, quality, or pricing. They have always met their repair and service committed schedules. All service and price expectations are identified at vehicle drop off. They immediately contact if there are additional repair options and pricing after initial diagnosis. I have never had to return following a repair because the car didn't function properly. They suggest repairs that should be done but never pressure to do them. Anytime they strongly recommend a service or repair, I feel confident that it is most needed for vehicle safety. Bottom line I feel Asian Imports is a very reputable and honorable business that has been extremely easy to work with. Their facility is very clean, and the work of their mechanics is of the highest quality, They have always answered any repair questions that I have asked and have provided suggestions and options for maintaining my vehicles. Documentation is always provided for work performed and repair recommendations. Overall I unequivocally give them my strongest and most positive recommendation, and it has been a pleasure giving them my auto repair and servicing business.
