Kathy, Ben, Jim, Austin and Gino at the Charleston/Hualapai shop did an amazing job with my timing belt, catback system and oil gaskets for the '98 Acura Integra Hatchback I had just bought with 272,000 miles. Their hard work has made my little fixer upper of a car road ready for a trip to Los Angeles. They are knowledgable, accessible, and friendly. Their prices are reasonable, quality work. Kathy especially is the best! THANK YOU!

Jericho was very friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and the chairs were comfortable. The only minus was the overall time (1 hour 20 minutes) it took to change the oil and filter even though I had a scheduled appointment.

Sorry you had to wait so long! Normally we have you done in less than an hour. We will work hard to improve the process. We appreciate your acknowledgement of Gericho. He is a great asset to our team.
