They explain exactly what they are going to do and then do exactly that. There is very little upselling. They always let me know if they find something during their inspection and if it's critical or if the repair can be postponed.

I called last minute on a Saturday asking if they could squeeze me in on a brake light repair so my wife wouldn't have to drive unsafely. Kyle at the front desk was very personable and made it happen. Great work, great service, great price. I was very pleased and give them the highest marks.

Asian Imports are the BEST...I have been taking my car to Asian Imports for over 3 years...always great service and honest about what needs to be done to my car...I was getting ripped off at the dealership...If you need your vehicle serviced or repaired you must go to Asian Imports.

I've been using Asian imports on Charleston for a few years. They are a good, honest, neighborhood mechanic shop. Also a lot less expensive than my high end, pricy dealership. Tim & Kyle at the front desk are very nice, patient & helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

The service was excellent, the people I talked to both on the phone and in person were very polite and didn't make me feel like a "dummy" as I have experienced elsewhere. The work done was great, I say this as I have never had any problems after leaving the shop. I have been a customer for about 8 years and plan to continue.

I have had three cars serviced here: Volvo, Toyota, and Kia. I cannot say enough great things about this garage. The garage is incredibly clean, and the mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly. This garage actually treats you as a human person and is very respectful of your car and pocketbook. Never have I felt as if they were adding on unnecessary repairs. I will continue to take my cars into this garage for major service and repairs.

Excellent service. I need a honest auto shop as I own 4 cars. I always recommend Asia Imports. They do not lie cheat or make up stuff to swindle you out of your money. I shall always return in the future if necessary. Jim and Kyle run an honest shop. I don't know a lot about cars. They opt for my long-term business -- which they now have! When I brought the car in, BEFORE EVEN LOOKING AT THE CAR, he identified the ones the dealership was probably wrong about. Then he personally spent an hour poking around in the car, and told me there wasn't anything wrong with it. I talked to several of his employees. They all seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Once I was stuck without a ride and the picked me up to get my car.
