WHERE. Do. I. Begin.........SHAWN NEEDS TO BE RELEASED OF HIS DUTIES FOR HIS FOUL BEHAVIOR. My differential was leaking. My normal mechanic said it was worse then the pinion seal and need to be taken to a bigger shop. He dropped off here on my behalf. They "diagnosed" it and said it was just the pinion seal. I thought that's great, wasn't as bad as we thought. Went to pick up my truck and after their test drive they said it's not fixed. It needs to have a 3rd member replaced on the differential. That quote was $3900 on top of the $830 they wanted me to pay for the service just done. I called my master mechanic friend and out on speaker phone so he could ask Shawn questions. How did you diagnose this, Shawn replied, the puddle of oil that was under the truck" That is not diagnosing, that's taking a look and guessing your assumption. You could have placed on a lift, put into drive and listened. Shawn said there was no gear oil so they couldn't do that. I had bottle of gear oil on my passenger seat they could have put in to test drive it. They were lazy and didn't do a real diagnosis. Shawn got upset and told me to take my truck. As he did this i still had one hand holding my phone and the other hand holding my back pack on my shoulder. SHAWN PUSHED ME DOWN and I landed on a floor jack. When i verbally said why wound you push me down, he replied "you punched me"'. And his two mechanics that were on opposite side of shop on other side of vehicles with no Visual line of sight Hollered across the shop, "yeah I saw you hit him". I said "with what hand my hands are full". I got a battery ticket. SHAWN IS A LIAR THAT PUTS HIS HANDS ON FEMALE CUSTOMERS. His employees are lairs because they lied for him to keep Shawn out of trouble. I am a female that was scared because of how he treated me and placed his hands on me. I was there alone and had no witnesses.

Took my dads hand me down 2010 Jeep Compass here to get a full inspection/diagnostic test just to see what needed to be fixed or replaced since it is an older car. Irwin took great care of me & even went over & beyond which I truly appreciate! My experience was overall outstanding & I will be coming back here for all my car needs.

Been to Asian Import (South West location) many times. Erwin and his team do great work. They diagnose your possible issue, you might be having. They will honestly let you know what needs to be replaced or fixed with no pressure. Always felt relieved after having work done. Oil changes, brakes, drive belts, suspension, even wheel alignment, and ect. They pretty much do almost everything. I’ve had work done with no issues and if I had an issue, they will address it in a timely manner and will check with you if it’s been resolved. Personally, I’ve had a great experience with Asian Imports. Specifically at the Southwest and Henderson locations. I’ve referred family and they also trust their work.
