I can't recommend these guys enough. They are knowledgable and HONEST! They tell you what is important and what needs to be looked at, but don't hard sell you and only fix what has been approved. I take all of my Imports to them- even my Classics.

Had a very pleasant experience. Jim took care of getting me in and out in about 40 minutes after doing a general inspection, oil change and cabin filter change. Will be back to do some other needed work. Thank you Jim for being a good representative for Asian Imports.

Excellent service

I brought my truck in because the dealership I went to for an oil change indicated I had collapsed brushing engine mounts and wanted to charge $1200 to fix the issue. I spoke with Sean on the phone and he asked a few questions and told me up front that there might not be anything wrong with the vehicle but he'd take a look at it. I brought the truck in and by noon he had it ready for pick up and as he expected there was nothing wrong with the engine mounts. He saved me $1200 by being honest. He could have easily said something needed to be fixed for a cheaper price but didn't. In fact he didn't even charge me for looking things over. That is good customer service and I now have a mechanic I can trust.
