Asian Imports is the most negligent japanese auto care service center in Southwest Vegas LOL. Paid $3700 for transmission and brake service, came home with my engine oil dipstick DRY. “Most trained and experienced technicians” my ass thanks Erwin for letting the oil stain my driveway pavers!

Brought in my Subaru Outback in for its regularly scheduled service. This was the first time I had performed this service outside of a dealership and they saw exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the digital experience as it was easy to keep track of what notes the tech left and what was done on the car. A few days after the service I found a leak under the car which was likely related to the initial service. I called them and told the problem and they took my car in within the hour of calling them. It was a minor issue and they took care of it quickly and at no additional cost. Their accountability is outstanding.

Professional with clear communication skills. My Camry 75,000 maintenance was completed in a timely manner. Worth going to see Jim at Asian Imports for maintenance on my Camry. Would recommend this place to anyone with an Asian Import.
