They were easy to work with in scheduling an appointment and explaining their process, quickly examined the car to diagnose the problem, called me with a very detailed itemized estimate, and completed the work within the timeframe they projected (and a few hours earlier). There's never a good time for a car issue to arise, but Asian Imports made the process as easy as possible with timely, clear communication and helped make an unpleasant situation better by quickly remedying it. I would use again without hesitation if the need ever arose.
