I very much enjoyed meeting the new person at the front desk. He was very personable and helpful. The only issue I had was I had brought in a coupon with multiple offers on it. I paid over the phone so I didn't see the invoice until after I got my car. Upon reviewing the total, I noticed I was given a $7 discount for the oil change instead of the $40 discount for the service. When I called, I received an apology for the mistake and was given options as to how to rectify the situation.
