I took my truck to Ford originally. I assumed my truck being a Ford they could fix the problem. My truck sat there for almost two weeks and they never diagnosed the issue. I decided to take it to Asian Imports since my truck wasn’t still losing acceleration. They diagnosed and had it fixed within 24 hours.

Great service. Sean was very nice to deal with. The process of being able to see the work that needed to be done and what the cost of the work was very smooth.

Great place. Great problem solvers. I appreciate they were able to determine that a prior car fix installed the wrong valve tappets, and they were able to correct the problem. Took lots of diagnosis to come to that conclusion. Prices are very reasonable and I really like the message-based charge approval system. Highly recommend!

Person at the front desk wasn't just someone who answers phones and makes appointments - they actually have car knowledge and can answer questions intelligently. No unnecessary services were pushed - no long winded upselling of bogus services. Prices were reasonable. Quoting / work approval system is very nice.

Love this place! We have had several cars fixed from a 1998 Toyota 4-runner, 2008 E350 Mercedes, 2004 Lincoln town car, and others, all with the same result - excellent service and reasonably priced. Shawn is so knowledgeable and explains matters in a way I understand. I highly recommend them to anyone and I won’t go anywhere else.
