Had a very pleasant experience. Jim took care of getting me in and out in about 40 minutes after doing a general inspection, oil change and cabin filter change. Will be back to do some other needed work. Thank you Jim for being a good representative for Asian Imports.

Asian Imports once again exceeded my expectations in maintaining my daughter’s Sentra. It’s a 2013 so it needs some TLC and Sean helped choose the repairs that needed immediate attention. The personal attention is what set’s this company apart from other repairs shops that give you a list of needed repairs which cost more than the car.

I would definitely come back for all my car needs. My Nissan Murano was in and out in a few hours. Mechanics were detailed in every step and were not pushy. Great Service!

Excellent service

I brought my truck in because the dealership I went to for an oil change indicated I had collapsed brushing engine mounts and wanted to charge $1200 to fix the issue. I spoke with Sean on the phone and he asked a few questions and told me up front that there might not be anything wrong with the vehicle but he'd take a look at it. I brought the truck in and by noon he had it ready for pick up and as he expected there was nothing wrong with the engine mounts. He saved me $1200 by being honest. He could have easily said something needed to be fixed for a cheaper price but didn't. In fact he didn't even charge me for looking things over. That is good customer service and I now have a mechanic I can trust.

I called to schedule an appointment, they got me right in, performed the oil change, called me when it was done, went down picked the car up. Fast, friendly service with no up sell on parts. Highly recommend these guys!

Sean was great. He was able to get us in to check our van the next day and tested it for problems and when nothing came up he gave us the good news and didn’t charge us. It’s So good know there is an honest mechanic near us that we can take our vehicles to. We will definitely use Asian Imports Auto from here on out.
