First time with them. Sean at the front desk in Henderson was great. They messaged me through there system that in addition to the oil change I needed a transmission flush and they recommended a headlamp restoration for my totally clouded front lights. I had done the headlamps myself about 8 years ago with a kit and it was time consuming and not easy. They also noticed a potential leak in the timing cover of my 2011 Prius. We talked about the timing cover which is very expensive because it requires pulling the engine and decided it could wait but needs watching. We went ahead with the other things and I couldn't be more pleased. The transmission was running really smoothly, and the headlamps looked brand new! And they were fast and fare. My experience with them was great!

Excellent communication and fast turnaround. I liked the fact that they send pictures so you get to see what actually needs to be fixed instead of some of the unreliable shops that try to up sell you something you don’t need.
