My waterpump on my Scion Iq went out and all the coolant leaked out the first day it got hot around 95 degrees after the long cold winter. So I looked right away where's the best place to take my car for repair. I saw Asian Imports with average of 5 star reviews and right away I called and Mr. Sean answered my call and took me in right away even though they were super busy. The parts for Scion Iq's are really hard to find since they were only made in limited quantities, but Sean made extra efforts and found it the same day. The next business day my car was fixed and it runs like new again and very quiet unlike when I had it for two years where I thought the loud sound coming from the drive belts area was normal, I was amazed of how different it sounds and runs. Now I know why they have 5 stars rating, they have amazing team and amazing service, I will definitely be back here and highly recommend Asian Imports Auto if you need any work done to your vehicle.
I took my "old" Camry in for a couple of repairs. The driver door handle/lock mechanism wore out and an oil leak that appeared to be from the timing belt cover. Sean called back with an estimate and time frame that was xlnt for me. They did seals and gaskets that the last shop SHOULD have done. I like the "do it right" method and will surely be back!
