Arrived at 9:30 without an appointment, they told me they would be able to take my car, service engine light was on, they called at 12:30 described the small problem and I was able to get my fixed car at 2pm, I’ve used these guys before, always do great job always explain problem(s) they found, excellent work excellent service

These guys are great. I just moved to NV from DC and needed an independent service shop. But before I could even research, my Lexus ES-350 started giving me trouble on a holiday weekend, so I had it towed to an authorized Dealership who quoted almost $8,000 for repair. Asian Imports was highly rated so I had the car towed to them. They diagnosed a bad radiator and hoses, cost $1,400. I sense that they are very honest which is high priority for me. I will now take my Lexus to Asian for all service and more !!

This place is amazing! I have been watching an auto mechanic on YouTube named Scotty Kilmer hoping I could find someone as honest and thorough as him and I think I've found him. I'm sorry I cannot remember the gentleman's name, but he is very personable and knowledgeable and will not sell you on something you do not need yet. I have another vehicle that I only take to the dealer for service but will start bringing it here now. Give this place a shot! 👍

My alternator failed per AAA. Jim at Asian told me to have the car towed there and he would do a diagnostic test and call me with the results. The alternator, thermostat and needed to be replaced. The car was ready within 24 hours. The car dealer told me it could take 3 days. I was very appreciative of the time frame as there were no available cars to rent. My car is running beautifully!
