Keith and his team are outstanding. They effectively blend a combination of knowledge, helpfulness and neighbor-like friendliness. Going way above and beyond even the highest expectations is just another day for them.They have worked on multiple vehicles for me over the years and I continue to enthusiastically recommend them; and I don't recommend lightly. Communication with their customers is 1st rate and time frames are honestly and accurately stated. At the end of the day, you cannot ask for more from your neighborhood auto mechanic. Locally owned and operated is a big plus, at least for me, in a world of corporately owned and bottom line driven entities. All of this, and much more all boil down to a comfort and trust level that you cannot put a price on. My most recent visit to Asian Imports was, of course, another very positive experience. Once again, Keith and his team went above and beyond. I know for sure that I'm not alone in these opinions as each time I have needed service, other customers there share my sentiments shared here. There is a common thread of appreciation and gratefulness for the talent and effort put forth to be the 1st rate shop that they truly are. employees were top quality very professional in all respect I had a thermostat replaced their estimate was considerable higher than what same work would have cost in my home state of ill. sure their price was in line with other shops in vegas area.

Asian Imports have a friendly, knowledge staff and put your needs as a customer first. I had them work on my older jeep cherokee, so don't let the name fool you. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs honest work at a fair rate.

Hi,I want to thank Keith and his staff !I bought a 2005 car from them for my 16 year old Son's First car... Big deal; as you may remember :<) Well after 100 miles the tranny blew and my Son called, almost in tears; at the side of the 215.AIP did the right thing in life; even though there was no warranty, they replaced the tranny it at cost, and even put in a new/used engine for free.. They manned-up and did the right thing.....My Son and I thank you; and wish good Karma upon you !Regard's Ron Bergmann

The service was quick and professional.

This was my first time to Asian Imports. I was very impressed by the friendliness and professionalism I saw here. Ben was very helpful with getting my car in to get diagnosed and helping get it fixed. I did not feel pressured into getting any work done I didn't need and the prices were very reasonable! They were very honest in their business as well. Not something you see very often. I will definitely be telling friends and family about this place!

The guys always do a great job. I totally trust them to recommend upcoming service issues without any ripoff so common from auto service centers. Thank you for being honest and upfront.

Kieth went out of his way to make by truck run like it should, the last 8 months it has not been the same truck he found out what was wrong (blown head gasket) gave me a smoking price and fixed it. while he was in there fixed a few other things as well all within budget. Truck runs better than new. Thanks
