When to Asian Imports Plus as opposed the regular car shop i go to on Spring Mountain cause 1. my car's check engine light was on, felt extremely sluggish while I was driving it, and it had trouble accelerating to certain speeds. As such, i was afraid to go on the highway2. It was only a 10 minutes drive from my houseThe owner was extremely friendly and efficient. He also came across as honest. He diagnosed my car's problem and gave me an estimate. Went home and did some research on his diagnosis and quote (combination of Google search and speaking to friends who are knowledge about cars) and everything checked out. In the end, he was able to fix my car and charged me less then what he initially quoted me which i really appreciated. He also kept me updated with calls and VMs during the days my car was there. I also really appreciate the fact that he did not try to upsell me on additional services at the end by telling me about all the supposedly "urgent" repairs my car needs like all the other car shops.So yea...5 stars out of 5 stars experience. Will definetly come here for my future car repair/maintenance needs.

This review is long overdue. I love asian import & i love the guys who work there. The owner is an outstanding man as well. I used to go to the original summerlin branch until they opened up on jones/215 which is closer to my house. I heard they r opening one in greenvalley soon. There'd be no reason for you to go anywhere else and trust your car to. They are excellent at what they do, price is very reasonable & always on time. The main thing is that i feel comfortable & 100% trust in them. Those are priceless to me. The manager/receptionist is very nice & personable. They are THE experts. Ive been with asian impost exclusively since 2012 and have been very happy & satisfied. They have done oil changes, all kind of belts changes, tires, filters, just about everything u can think of, and ive never been less than satisfied. Listen, life is stressful enough, and asian import takes 1 stress away from my life. They will come through for u too. Give them a try, your car deserve the best care possible Keep up the good work asian import!! Keep growing and serve us locals!

Came in for oil change and expressed a few concerns about my 10 year old car in an off handed sort of way. I had no appointment but still got my work done quickly and my concerns looked in to and addressed. Great knowledgeable through mechanics. I am one happy and loyal customer!

I did some research before deciding to come here to get my breaks serviced. I have a Lexus GS350 and of course the dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. I am always so weary about any kind of auto repair/maintenance because you just never know if they are truly going to be honest and provide quality reliable service. I called and got a quote over the phone. Came in and informed them that I just needed pads according to the dealership. My car only has 30k miles on it at the time. Initially they thought I needed roaters, but after checking the specs he agreed. He was even willing to take a look at the paperwork provided from the Lexus dealership. He gave me quotes on all the other repairs and future maintenance. I am for sure coming here from now on. I would say come in and get a quote from here as well. They also offer a coupon on their website, which I was able to use on my breaks!

Asian Imports Plus provides friendly, competent service at a reasonable price. Facilities are clean, comfortable, and accommodating. My visits thus far have been the most pleasant auto repair/maintenance experiences I can remember.

I had my ABS pump and module replaced and there seemed to be other problems with the system. They had me bring the car back in and they're doing their best to find out the problem. I'm still sitting and waiting to hear back from them and to see how much more this is going to cost. However, I did get a small discount for being a retired veteran and I really appreciated it, take what I can get. I'm sure they will diagnose the problem and fix it.

I am very comfortable taking my car here. I feel this is an honest shop and I trust they are telling me the truth. This is a shop I would recommend to anyone. The are reasonable in their pricing and the staff is wonderful!

Jericho is Amazing! He was very caring and friendly from my first interaction with him over the phone to when I dropped it off. He kept me in the loop as he proceeded through the process and even let me know what needed to be done at the dealership instead of charging me for things they tried to do to fix the problem when they knew they couldn't. When I picked the car he went over everything he'd done with me thoroughly. I've worked for the largest insurance company for almost 29 yrs and in the body and fender business for almost 35 so I know quality customer service and he's it. I am going to the dealer for the things they have to do but for everything else Asian imports and Jericho will have my business. He epitomizes the example of customer service that you'd get from a luxury car dealership like Lexus where I have to go GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!
