I was looking online for a place to bring my 2021 Lexus in the NW part of town. The prices at the dealership are astronomical. And Asian Imports popped up. Jim, the manager, was wonderful. I needed a new part and an oil change and full check up. He was thorough and kind. Extremely professional. Everything was perfect! Highly recommended

I had appt for my front struts and more importantly a tired engine mount to be replaced . I was called because the parts would take a lot longer than normal. Like everything else currently. I made an appointment for a later date but told ASIAN IMPORTS to text me if my parts whenever my parts arrived. Sure enough 3 days before my scheduled appointment I got a text that morning that they had my parts. Within an hour I had my car there and they promised to have done by end of day. Perfect. It drives great and it cleared my schedule for the remainder of the week. Asian motors still understands customer service. That is rarity nowadays. Bravo!
