In today's climate, it's can be a challenge to find a good auto shop to have your cars serviced. These guys are really good at what they do. Communication and mechanical skills are top notch. Highly recommended.

This is the ONLY place I take my car to be serviced . The owner is always honest about what needs to be taken care of . He is never trying to upsell you either . I have been going here for over 10 years and my whole family does as well .. If you want someone that is honest and reasonably priced to work on your vehicle , then Asian Imports on W. Charleston is the way to go !!

My last experience with Asian Imports and my Sienna was way back in 2017. I was surprised by the administrative changes you've made. One thing I really appreciated was that I got an appointment quickly, and when I got there, a bit earlies than scheduled, they immediately went to work on my Sienna and were finished with the A/C inspection and refrigerant addition quicker than I expected. They also did a dye search for leaks and didn't find any, so the depletion of refrigerant in over a decade was probably due to a very slow leak. The system is working fine now. They said if the performance degrades more quickly than another decade, I could bring it back in for another leak check. So, the bottom line is that I was very happy about the way this service was handled. I'm also very happy that Toyota vehicles seem to not need frequent repairs. If the next repair I need is another decade away, like this one was, I'm afraid the Sienna's life will be longer than mine, since I'm 85 years old now.

Went to get an oil change and it was fast and cheap! Also they have a rewards system which is just a bonus!

From start to finish, Asian Imports provided an excellent experience. I really appreciated the timely communication, transparent assessment complete with pictures, and how quickly they completed the job. I highly recommend them for any service!

Jim is simply a great manager and communicator. Ive been going to this shop for the better part of seven years. Not just for routine maintenance which they do a good and thorough job of. But Ive been slowly building and modifying my Nissan 370 Z. They have been there every step of the way. Theyre honest excellent at troubleshooting and provide very good. Customer support and care. Their prices are fair. Every time I buy parts, I give Jim a call and he gets me in quickly and gets my car taken care of. I highly recommend the shop for any and all automotive needs. It never hurts to ask, and they have no problem referring to other shops that they think could do a better job if they cant do it at their level of expertise.

Today I saw Jim at Asian Imports on West Charleston. He is the most honest person I have ever met in this business. He has a thriving business which is well deserved. P

I always go here to get my oil change. They always update me on my car. They tell me what needs to be done. They don't try to nickel and dime me. They are honest and trustworthy. You can't say that to any car mechanics around here. They even double check to make sure if it's necessary to do any changes. Love this place and I'll keep coming back.
