I find the people at Asian Imports professional and accommodating. I wouldn't consider taking my Subaru to any other place for service. Their Loyalty Program, however, is a bit of a mess. Fortunately the in-store people are always able and willing to fix the mess.

Thank you! I wish we had a better option for the loyalty program. Its such a large task that we have to leave it to another company. I'm sure if we could handle it in house it would be much easier. We appreciate your patience!
