Long story short: Absolutely perfect customer service.My family was driving our Subaru on a vacation to Vegas from San Diego when the car died about an hour south of Vegas. We got towed in after hours, and dropped our keys through the door. Jim got back to us first thing in the morning with the bad news that our car's engine was toast... Now our family was stranded at the hotel...Bad news, right?...Jim and his team were accessible, helpful, and kind throughout the whole process of deciding what to do with our car. They gave us honest advice, timely responses, and ultimately helped us resolve our problem as best we could.For this out-of-towner, I could not have imagined better service to help resolve an unfortunate situation. If you are a local to Vegas, or your car has trouble on your visit, this is the place to go.

Great people, reasonable charges, stayed on estimate.

Front office staff is excellent. Very accommodating and hospitable. This is my first time bringing my car in for an oil change, and it was completed by a technician within 40 mins. I didn't talk to the technician (the front office staff told me) that everything checked out well with my car.

Kathy at the front desk was a joy to work with from scheduling my appointment to helping me when my iPhone ran out of power. Jim was great as he drove me to work and then picked me up promptly when my car was ready. Price for work was fair and done in less time than expected. I will definitely use Asian again for work on my Lexus.

Great, helpful and honest

I brought my car in for sluggish starting. Asian Imports replaced the battery but also found that I had a leaking water pump so I had that replaced too. The work was done quickly and for what I thought was a fair price. The car is running fine now. I have been to Asian Imports many times and have always been satisfied with their service.

I took my sister's car in for a check engine light, the car is 14 year old and had been badly neglected for two years. Jim provided me with a detailed break down of major issues with the car. The car was in such bad condition that it would've required about $4000-$5000 worth of repairs (the Kelly Blue book value of th car is probably $1000). After some thoughtful discussion Jim helped me realize that the the car was a money pit. I appreciate Jim being upfront and honest. In the big picture it saved us a lot of money and a headache.
