The work was excellent but when I opened my trunk, there was dirt everywhere and my possessions were scattered all over.

Sorry to hear about the mess in the trunk. Perhaps it came from the spare tire? We always do our best to keep your vehicle clean and neat. Our apologies if we made a mess!
