Asian Imports has been servicing my vehicles for several years. In all this time I have never had an issue with them regarding service, schedules, quality, or pricing. They have always met their repair and service committed schedules. All service and price expectations are identified at vehicle drop off. They immediately contact if there are additional repair options and pricing after initial diagnosis. I have never had to return following a repair because the car didn't function properly. They suggest repairs that should be done but never pressure to do them. Anytime they strongly recommend a service or repair, I feel confident that it is most needed for vehicle safety. Bottom line I feel Asian Imports is a very reputable and honorable business that has been extremely easy to work with. Their facility is very clean, and the work of their mechanics is of the highest quality, They have always answered any repair questions that I have asked and have provided suggestions and options for maintaining my vehicles. Documentation is always provided for work performed and repair recommendations. Overall I unequivocally give them my strongest and most positive recommendation, and it has been a pleasure giving them my auto repair and servicing business.

Walking in I was greeted by the receptionist Kathy whom was very friendly an very knowledgeable! The office was clean an most of all cool I was informed of all work that was being done an in an out within a very short time frame !! I will definitely be going back!

Is there a 6th star? My car spent 30 day's in 3 shops, all i got was a big bill, And not fixed.These guy's got it figured out in less than an hour!

On July 13th, I was driving back from Bryce Canyon, Utah when my 2009 Prius gave me an error code on the 15 South just as I was leaving the city. Long story short I had to spend the night in Las Vegas since my car was no longer able to make the trip back to Los Angeles that night. In the morning I got it checked at an Autozone and the Prius was going to need some work done before I could drive it back home. I called Asian Imports and spoke to Erwin, I explained my situation and asked if I could leave my vehicle at his shop for the week and that I could come by next week to fix it. Erwin was more than accommodating, I dropped off my car Tuesday afternoon, they called me Wednesday morning to let me know what exactly was wrong with it and how much it was gonna run me. The estimate/repairs were a little costly, but I knew my car was in good hands, so it was worth it. Erwin called me on Thursday saying my car was ready to go, I was unable to pick it up till that Monday, but luckily Erwin was really great about keeping the car locked up for me. I came Monday to pick up my car and it was as good as new! I want to give a big thanks to Erwin and his team for helping me out while I was in this bind. If I lived in Las Vegas, they would definitely be my go to shop!
