How Important is My Review?

Asian Imports Auto is interested to know what you think about our service, our facility and our faculty.  Your input helps us determine if we are following the vision and mission of our ownership, or if we are deviating from what sets us apart from all our competitors.  We value your feedback very much and encourage you to leave us a review in any format you prefer. We really want an honest evaluation of how we are doing and welcome the acknowledgement of any employees that have exceeded your expectations.  

There are many formats and platforms for leaving company feedback available to clients of all industries.  Sometimes it is difficult to sort out the options of where your voice will best be heard. At Asian Imports, we always respect face to face compliments or criticism.  Reaching us by telephone is also recommended. Good or bad, we appreciate the opportunity to receive your praise or constructive criticism in an open format with two-way discussion.  Especially if your experience did not go as planned. We work hard to ensure your satisfaction and need to know if we fell short of your expectations. Alternately, our employees are human and love to hear when they have done a great job for you too!

We make special efforts to encourage your feedback by making follow up telephone calls, sending emails asking for your review, and leaving comment cards in our lobby.  Please take the time to let us know how we performed, even if your visit went perfectly. The tendency is for people to write a review when they have had a bad experience.  The old saying, “when you do a bad job, a client will tell 20 people and when you do a good job, they may only tell one”, applies here. We know writing reviews and providing companies feedback, when everything has gone well, just seems time consuming.  All companies and consumers in the internet age depend on online reviews to make generate new business and help make informed decisions on where to go for products and services.   

At Asian Imports Auto, we have been serving the Las Vegas community for two decades in multiple locations.  We have serviced over 100,000 Foreign and Domestic vehicles in this time and have only received online feedback from less than one-tenth of one percent of our clients.  These reviews are where new clients look to make a purchasing decision. Unfortunately, the ratio of positive to negative reviews posted is not an accurate depiction of the quality of work we provide or the overall client satisfaction we provide because clients are just too busy to write a review when they are happy.   If you are thrilled with our service, please tell people about it!
