With its SkyActiv Technology, it has great fuel efficiency, and we hear that it has the sporty feel that Mazdas are known for. What is SkyActiv technology? SkyActiv is Mazda’s answer to the hybrid engine. It can be found in models from 2011 onward. It not only decreases fuel consumption but also increases output, increasing output Mazda Vroom, above and beyond the Zoom Zoom Zoom they are known for. It is a direct injection system that has an increased engine compression ratio. It has the fuel compression ratios found in Formula 1 race cars. This means more power and torque with less fuel consumption while still using regular unleaded gas. Fewer emissions while maintaining power is an accomplishment to celebrate. It still delivers up to 173 bhp, as in the Mazda CX-5 Turbo while getting 26 mpg in the city and 36 mpg on the highway. That’s pretty good for a mini SUV model. A diesel SkyActiv engine is also available.
